AI engineers for your team.

AI, ML and forward deployed engineers, and AI-trained engineers in any technology. They work inside your team. We stay accountable for delivery.

Engineers we supply

Our own AI and ML engineers lead the offer. Every other engineer we place, in any stack, is trained to work with AI as part of how they build.

  • AI and ML engineers

GenAI and LLM engineering, RAG and AI agents, machine learning, and the data work underneath it.

  • Forward deployed engineers

Engineers who sit with your teams, on site or remote, and carry the work from the first idea to delivery.

AI-trained engineers in any technology

  • DataDatabricks, Snowflake, Spark, Airflow, Python
  • DevOps, Cloud and MLOpsAWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, model and agent operations
  • MicrosoftDynamics 365, .NET, Azure, Power Platform, Copilot Studio
  • Full stackJava, Spring Boot, React, Next.js, Node, TypeScript

Every engineer brings three or more years of experience. Other technologies on request.

What you can hold us to

  • Transparency

Every engineer works for nu Theory, on our payroll or under contract with us, so we answer for their quality at all times. Clear terms, and honest news about fit or performance, early.

  • Due diligence

Before anyone meets you: a technical screen, a practical AI task, a communication check, background verification and an NDA. After they start, we keep checking, every month.

  • Training

Onboarding before day one, then a session every month on the nu Theory Framework. Your engineer keeps getting better while they are with you.

  • Communication

Communication is part of every training, so your people talk to engineers who explain their work clearly. One point of contact for you, and German, Dutch and French coordinators for European projects.

How we manage delivery

A nu Theory manager sits over every engineer and every team we deploy, so delivery has an owner on our side as well as yours.

  • One engineer. A manager checks in with the engineer and with you, and acts on anything that needs attention.
  • A team. A manager, senior engineers and engineers, coordinated through a single point of contact.
  • European projects. A German, Dutch or French speaking coordinator joins the team.

From brief to delivery

Five steps, with one person from nu Theory running all of them for you.

  1. Requirement

We take the brief: skills, seniority, team size, start date, and remote or on site.

  2. Screening

Three screened profiles within 48 hours, each matched to your brief.

  3. Interviews

We schedule and host the interviews, and collect feedback from both sides the same day.

  4. Deployment

Contracts, NDA, background checks and onboarding training, ready for day one.

  5. Reporting and vigilance

Monthly feedback, regular check-ins, and a free replacement within the first two weeks.

Ways to work with us

  • Individual engineers

One engineer, placed inside your team and directed by you, with a nu Theory manager behind them.

  • Dedicated teams

A team built around your project: a manager, senior engineers and engineers, with one point of contact.

  • Remote teams

A team that works remotely as an extension of yours, run day to day by us.

  • GCC support

Engineers for your Global Capability Centre, or help building the team when you set one up.

Oil & Gas

United States

We find, hire and train DevOps and infrastructure engineers in rare technologies for a United States based global oil and gas company. They join the client’s teams as forward deployed engineers and work as an extension of them.

Training, for our engineers and for your teams

Every engineer is trained before deployment and again every month on the nu Theory Framework. It teaches how to think and solve problems with AI, so the skill holds as the tools change.

  • Think

Decide which work goes to AI and which stays with the engineer: architecture, trade-offs, judgment.

  • Talk

Brief the AI the way you would brief a teammate, with context, constraints and an example.

  • Trust

Review, test and security-check everything AI writes. The engineer owns every commit.

  • Track

Check whether delivery actually improved, and bring what was learned to the next session.

We also run this training for the teams our engineers work with, and for any team in your company that needs it.
